NATG - A Pony In Armor

Submitted for the first round of Equestria Daily's January 2012 edition of the Newbie Artist Training Grounds event. The prompt was to draw a pony wearing armor.

I had intended to the hair in a much more flowing, detailed and show-accurate way, but the with the deadline minutes away all I could think was "STRIPES. STRIPES AND BE DONE WITH IT." And so it was. At least it reflects the silhouette of what I wanted.

Note: I intended to edit all of these entries significantly before posting, but you know what? No. They are what they are. Part of their charm is the fact that they were all rushed and incomplete ideas, so they will all remain in their original form--for better or worse.
